Snag a Consult.

A short consult (by email or phone) can be arranged with the professional, before therapy services start, regarding therapy-related questions not already answered on the website.

Brief Consults offer time to:

1) Discuss private/self-pay options, and/or the use of insurance benefits for plans considered in-network with the provider, and how to go about using these options.

2) Ask for further details about the strategies offered by the professional in therapy, and to see if these align with the client’s vision for therapy goals hoping to be addressed.

3) Determine if a referral to another professional, or other specialty services elsewhere might be more suitable; and

4) Confirm all parties involved are comfortable in making an active choice to move forward with the therapy services discussed.

So if needed, let’s have a quick chat… to see if we are a good fit, and to reaffirm your decision to embark on this therapeutic journey!

Together, we can find innovative solutions; geared towards reducing stress, cultivating a better balance of conflict-resolution, setting and keeping healthy boundaries, identifying ways to approach difficult topics, and address other challenges or circumstances that may arise unexpectedly.
